August Meet the Chef
An Evening with South American Cousine!
August 28th at 6:30PM
This evening will include a live demonstration of the use of a tortilla press with homemade tortillas. Below is a sampling of our cousine for the evening.

- Porotos Granados (Fresh bean stew )Porotos Granados is a traditional Summer dish from Chile made when the ingredients are fresh and in season. The main ingredients are beans, mashed corn, onions, pumpkin, garlic, tomatoes, and basil.
