Prima's Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil Chimchurri Mushrooms


1 lb medium size  Bella mushrooms

1 jar Prima Olive Chimchurri

1/4 cup pine nuts

1/4 cup Prima Olive's Tuscan Extra virgin Olive Oil


Remove stems from mushrooms. Heat oil in pan. Add mushrooms tops up reduce to medium heat. Heat slowly until browned @ 7 minutes. Turn mushrooms. salute until mushrooms are cooked through but not too soft. Remove from heat.

Spoon a small amount of chimchurri  onto each mushroom cap and top with  pine nuts. Best served warm
