Extra Virgin Olive Oil Picual
Picual olives are grown, hand-picked, and cold-pressed in our owner’s family estate orchard and mill in Southern Spain. This is a very robust, green Picual that meets all of the criteria for a strong, high polyphenol, oil.
It has the capacity to really perk up foods that may benefit from the kick of a strong oil. It is very bitter, equally pungent, and quite fruity. The fruitiness is very complex with many fresh, green flavors such as dark green herbs, green tea, and nettle.
