I love it when everyone comes back from their trips to Italy and shares their stories  of all of the  fantastic food, olive oils and balsamics they ate while under the "Tuscan Sun". Most will come back with beautiful traditional balsamic vinegar labelled Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale and carries a D.O.P.
